Think about it -- if you're big like me - your body burns a lot of energy just trying to carry all that weight so when you drop weight you gain more energy since it's taking less energy to move about and do simple things! :)

Peanunt butter on celery and peanut butter toast are biggies that I eat because they're low in cal.

Moist heat helps and then ice. I had that pain and it was the worst pain I delt with - but it was severe. See if they can cook your stuff with very low salt!!!! That way you can add your own and you don't retain water. ....

Hell I didn't even know this!!! I wonder what how I am with this!!! Care to give advice too - Mind you I'm on a really really low budget and there are 2 people in our house - trying to eat healthy and maintain a ton ton ton of bills is insane!!! But advice is very welcomed!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

I don't get why you should eat your exercise calories - what's the point of exercising when you are suppose to burn what you're eating if you're eating your deficent then it's like you're back at square one.... eat fewer clalories and exercise more.

i weigh myself everytime i go near my fridge, that way it discourages me from eating!!!!

I use to do situps - even if its 20-30 on the edge of your bed. Even lay on the floor with your legs on your bed and crunch away!
