Bob Harper's book, the 20 skinny rules, he says you should have half your weight in protein. Such as you weigh 135, you should have 67 grams of protein.

Oh my goodness. I so hear ya. When that happens to me I end up going out and getting all the bad for ya stuff. Then I feel guilty and cruddy. I am so struggling the last couple months.
