I eat 1200 calories.. I am 23 and 5 ft 3 and it works for me but I do find that when I work out lots in a week and eat some.. not all.. of the calories back I lose more that week... I also have been told that if you routinely do the same exercise your body can become used to it..

Thanks for your input everyone.. Bizarre that eating more calories can help lose weight.. I will try that for a week. Yes it's says 5 but that was within like 5 days.. I felt it was a fluke. I just want results. Sick of being the fat girl. ????

It just shows you how real it can get.. your body needs food to live, end of. Eat clean and in moderation..

You have lost 18lbs, whatever way you are doing it seems to be working. I am a former anorexic (well i don't believe in former because i don't believe it can go away) I would net around 600 cals a day and I was soooo unhealthy and unhappy. I now have a really low metabolism and a bad stomach, food alergies, you name it.…

I literally go up 2 dress sizes when I am on my period. I hate it, but i think its totally normal. I think best thing to do is not weigh yourself, that was a tip someone else gave me on here. I dont know about you but I also crave chocolate that week..! Not had to deal with it yet but that will be hard!! K

Hope I can start seeing it as a game!! haha. sounds like a good way to turn it into something positive. Hopefully when I start seeing results I can look forward to it.

I just craved chocolate and thankfully we had none so had some grapes. They were actually really good!! Fruit is not usually my "go to" treat. Great idea to walk it off.. I will try that next time.

Thank you both of you. I live in scotland so will see what alternatives there are to what you have suggested, think I will weigh myself once a week and take pictures every few days. Its nice to know when you are doing this you arent alone, this is my second time trying and I hope that talking about it more will help me…
