Cafe Mocha...Awesome in the morning...Coffee and breakfast all in 1. Chocolate Protein powder. (If you dont have this flavor then add 1 tsp of chocolate fat free pudding mix in.) 4-6 ice cubes 1 cup of 1% milk 1 packet of Starbucks VIA instant coffee Italian dark roast powder.

yes that @Canuck...^^ Soy milk or almond milk is like 90 cals for an entire cup..so a couple Tbsp would be tiny in Cals and it tastes good!

Not sure where these would rate on the scale but I have to spice up plain old grilled chicken (seem to be eating a lot of this dieting) etc with either Sriracha or Franks red hot sauce. Its got good flavor and some heat.

Maybe this is my current issue too. I've held at 234 for 2 weeks now. Now that I think of it I have been eating supper later the last couple weeks due to a busy schedule. I am going to try to eat at a more normal time the next few days to see if I can get the weight loss moving again. Thanks for the tip.
