That is so cool! I was thinking of y'all this morning while I was suffering through mine thinking, "How on earth are they doing this when those ankle weights!"
-
Awesome! I need to get some too just not sure when I can get out next. I don't live near anything so have to wait until I need to get out for groceries.
-
Did level 1 again this morning and it was much harder today. More than likely the Krispy Kremes I had for breakfast and not drinking enough water yesterday. Got to get with it.
-
My WORD, those ankle weights look super tough! I don't even know if I could walk with 15 lb ankle weights on. I've been bad again yesterday and ate too much. Darn you Krispy Kreme for being so good!!! I've got to get back to eating better if I'm going to do this. Back to level 1 for me today. I am still really sore from…

I hope it's ok that I'm going through the levels earlier. I just like to keep my workouts mixed up. Did level 3 this morning and it is a MONSTER!! I'm going to be going through all three levels and maybe throwing in one of her other workouts in here and there. This is an excellent workout!

LOL, we were both celebrating birthdays then! My baby girl just turned 5. :( They grow up too fast. Before long she'll be turning 18.
-
Rest day for me and I've eaten really bad today. Planning on getting back in gear tomorrow.

A agree with Committohealth. This is a super hard workout if you aren't use to doing lunges and squats and stuff already. I've already been working my butt and thighs hard for the past year and I still felt the burn and have to press pause. Keep up the great work! You'll get there.
-
I agree. Constant work.
-
I'm constantly fluctuating the same 2 or 3 lbs.

Did day 3 level 2 again. It was much easier today but still touch. Did an hour of pilates afterwards hoping to stretch everything out. This weekend and Monday are probably not going to be kind to me being that it's my daughter's birthday tomorrow and then we are taking a couple of days for family time. I'll try to be good…

That is so awesome!! It's such a great feeling!

I've got 3 sets of weights I'm alternating between (4 lb, 10 lb and 15 lb). It depends on the move on what weight I use. I mostly use the 10 lb. So far I've only used the 15 lb for the deadlifts on Level 1.

That is awesome! WTG!!

The first two or three times I did BFBM I felt like I was going to throw up afterwards. Be sure and drink plenty of water, eat good and the more you do the stronger you will get. If I do a really tough new workout sometimes I'll feel like that until I get stronger and then it stops. If I felt that way after a workout…

Whoa! Just did level 2 and OUCH! I know my hamstrings are going to be sore tomorrow. I had a couple of interruptions this mornig due to kids and a phone call but they were welcomed because I needed to stop for a breather and water. Some of the moves were really easy for me yet others really had me dying.

For some reason those plank into the squats were fairly easy for me. I guess because I've been doing planks and squats forever. It was also really hard keeping my balance on the front kick back kick without putting that leg down. I had to really focus on a spot on the wall for that one.
-
When they go into chair pose and then lift one leg. Ouch, that made the leg you're standing on burn!
-
Did Level 1 this morning. Those one legged chairs are HARD. Ouch! I'm jumping in there doing the advanced versions with the weights. Thanks for tip on the stretching!
-
It takes a lot of time. Eat clean and workout regularly and eventually you will get there. I thought I was never going to get rid of it. I use to try just working out but it didn't really happen until I cleaned up my eating too.

Here's my measurements. Right thigh: 20 Left thigh: 20 Hips: 37 Waist: 27
-
I'm in. I did Level 1 two days ago and I still feel it today. It's a good one! Will have to post back with my measurements.
-
I did mine for the first time yesterday. I logged it as circuit training like most of her workouts because it's both cardio and strength. I don't know how many calories I really burned because I don't have a HRM.
-
I've got mine on pre order too and can't wait to get it. Count me in.
-
I pre ordered mine and can't wait! If you're stuck with Ripped in 30 up your weights.
-
I've ordered it and waiting for it to get here. I can't wait to start! I know I'll probably be cursing myself or ordering it later, LOL.
-
Same here. You just have to slowly build strength. Just take it slow and easy
-
I always wish I had extra calories to eat. If I'm hungry I eat. If not I don't but I'm usually always hungry.
-
Don't give it up just yet. I had a hard time when I first started 30 DS and I was already in good shape. It was really hard on my knees. I had to slow down and let my knees heal and slowly work my way back into 30 DS mixing it with my older workouts until I eventually strengthened my knees enough to do it every day. No…

Dr Oz talks about the health benefits quite a bit and recommends it and he's a heart surgeon.
