  • I like ALL of her videos. They are all worth it. Just get a new one every month or so and you won't be disappointed. She's coming out with a new one called Killer Buns and Thighs. I just pre-ordered it off her website. Can't wait!
  • That's similar to what I do only I also fit in some Taebo and Tamilee Webb workouts too that I like. I really like the alternating because them I'm always doing something new. It takes me about 2 weeks to go through all my workouts before I'm repeating. It keeps it fresh and it's still challenging.
  • I have 4 different sets that I use. It depends on what exercise you are doing. I have a set of 4 lbs which I only use for a couple of things, 8 lb, 10 lb and a 15 lb. I use the 8 and 10 for most stuff. If it's too easy or you don't feel like your dying you need to up your weights.
  • Peanut butter, chocolate and beer. Just ordered some chocolate PB2 and can't wait to try it. Maybe that will help with my peanut butter addiction.
  • 1. Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 (intense but a great workout) If you aren't feeling it enough, up your weights. 2.Tamilee Webb I Want That Body (this is a great workout for shaping, love it and never get tired of it.) 3. Taebo Advanced (the music is a little cheezy but this is an awesome workout) 4. Jillian Michaels…
  • I did a kettlebell workout two days ago and I'm still really sore. Great workout!
  • That is so awesome! Way to go on doing the right thing for your health rather than leaving it up to medications!
  • Having a blast here in TN gardening for the first time and it's a success. The only thing that really hasn't done too well are my tomatoes. Seems to be a bad tomato year around here for some reason. But we had lots of success with cucumbers, yellow squash, eggplant, basil, luffa, okra, cantaloupes, watermelon, jalapenos…
  • There's quite a few of us on here. I've been following her for about a year and a half now. Love her workouts!
  • I can't bring myself to spend that kind of money either plus I don't need any extra workout stuff around the house when I already have free weights. I just use my free weights when I can. I use 15 lb weights for most of the sand bag stuff. The other day I did the Balls of Fury workout and used my 8 lb free weight in place…
  • Tamilee Webb has some good DVDs for workingout at home. I recommend Jillian Michaels too. If you want to push yourself in a short amount of time to get the most out of your workouts I highly recommend Bodyrock.tv. It's hard but shorter workouts most of the time. I'm a homeschooling mother of two and I workout in my own…
  • Lettuce and tomatoes upset my husband's stomach. Could be any of those things? Everyone is different.
  • The goal is to do it every day and have one rest day. Start with level 1, keep doing it until you feel ready to move to level 2, then leven 3. These workouts are hard. If you don't feel challenged enough up your weights. You can do other workouts with this if you like but you probably won't feel like it. 30DS was hard on…
  • I've always been able to do them thanks to my genetics. Upper body things (climbing, push ups, pull ups) just came natural to me even as a kid. I've been working on these for a while and at the time I can do 12 -14 of them. I'm trying to get to 20 but I've been stalled at 12-14 for a long while.
  • So right that that stuff will trip you up. Nutella is the BEST thing I have ever eaten!!!! If I ever buy it I can't control myself. It's just too good. That's why I can't buy it unless I'm just treating myself. I coudl easily eat the entire jar.
  • I thought I read somewhere recently that that is caused by a vitamin deficiency but I can't for the life of me remember what it was now. You might try searching for it.
  • I second the squats and lunges. Add some weight to make your muscles work harder. Also, dont' forget side lunges. They work the muscles differently. I did some weighted side lunge jumps the other day and i'm cripple today from them. Worked muscles I didn't know I had. Just stick with it, you will get there.
  • This was my first year gardening on my own after watching my mother and MIL for years and I found a great way to keep weeds at bay. After you get your plants/seeds in the ground put down cardboard and/or newspaper between your rows. Wet it down and cover with grass clippings. This has been AWESOME for me and I've had a lot…
  • Chocolate, beer, ice cream, kettle popcorn
  • Yes, add weight to your lunges, squats and all. Makes a huge difference. If you don't feel it go heavier. I like the kettlebells too. Great workout!
  • I love my Taebo workouts. His daughter does get annoying at times but it's a good workout.
  • Bodyrock.tv has some killer workouts.
  • I'm 5'3 and love to strength train. I don't use barbels but use free weights (currently using 10/15 lbs). I love Jillian Michaels and Bodyrock.tv (you've got to check her out if you haven't already). My pull up bar is also my best friend.
  • "Don't look at it as a diet. It should be a lifestyle change. You should choose a way of eating that you can maintain, not quit when you get to the weight you want. " Ditto
  • This is how it was for me too. It took a long time but you can get there. It was the last thing to achieve for me and I still have to work hard to keep it. Lots of work and good eating get you there but it's worth it.
  • I don't know about the equivalancy but if you do jumping jacks and maybe some butt kicks (running in place) for 12 minutes you will get a nice cardio workout. If you want to really make it tough throw in some high knees.
  • Check out the Fast Track One Day Detox Diet. It's actually 11 days but you do a 1 day fast on the 8th day. It's really good and basically resets and teaches you to eat clean and get a good start. It's a great way to wean yourself off sugar. The first few days are a little rough but once you get through it you feel great.…
  • I like to cook. I don't like to cook things that are very complicated and take forever but I like simple, fast things. This year we grew a garden so I'm having so much fun cooking with what I grew.
  • It is amazing the differences here. I have to be under 125 lbs to fit into a size 4. I'm 5'3 and 118 lbs right now and a size 4. I do have one pair of size 2 pants but they fit like a 4 and are falling off of me. I have another pair of jeans that are a size 7 that are snug. Definitely depends on the brand.
  • I worked on it the whole and still do. For me it was the last and hardet thing to achieve. Took a long time but I got there.
