I log mine as power yoga.

Kale is great and there's so many different ways you can use it. We love kale chips. Break them in the bite size pieces and put them on a baking sheet. Spray them with Pam and roast in the oven until crispy. Yum, Yum!!! It's also good in salads and sauteed.

Don't feel guilty. I injured my foot last week from pushing myself too hard with gardening and trying to keep up my workouts. I was continuing my hard workouts plus 4-5 hours a day of gardening and my foot just said "NO". Now the past few days I've been set back and had to rest setting me back more than if I had just…

I use a 15 lb free weight for Shred it with Weights and 8 lbs for 30 Shred.

I second the burpees. They are awesome and will get you huffing and puffing. Mountain climbers are great too. You should try looking up Bodyrock.tv for some great, free workouts that will knock you out.

I like to toss in strawberries and slivered almonds in mine. If I don't have strawberries I'll use bananas and walnuts. No sugar. So good!
-
Oh my! These are so good I can't control my portions. Love them!!!
-
I'm SOOOO looking forward to indulging in some Cadbury Eggs!!! I can't think of anything better than those.

I second the push ups. You get amazing results. I felt the same way about mine even though they are small. It's as if I had work done they are so much better now. It just may take a while to get the results you want. Dumbell flys are great if you can manage to get some weights eventually.

I'm a SAHM too. I love it! To me it seems easier because making time for working out is a lot easier. I think being at home gives me the time to plan and prepare meals better. I also homeschool. There's always plenty of work to do around here to keep me on my toes.

Oh yeah, it's awesome to sautee vegetables with! We love that hint of coconut flavor on the veggies. Some coconut oils are more fragrant and flavorful than others.

I've been taking and using coconut oil for about 8 months now. This stuff is great! I take two softgels a day. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin. I've always suffered with eczema and this helps. If I have a flare up I just rub it on and it's very soothing and calms it down. Much better than puttin a cortizone…

On my off days I usually try to fit in a yoga or bellydance workout or either have an active rest day to spend with the family where I will do something like go for a walk, ride horses or work in the yard.

Not with apples but bell peppers do that to me.

I've been working on mine for a very long time and finally got rid of it or at least as much as I can. It took a lot of work and naturally it was the last thing to go. Stick with it with working out, lots of cardio and a very clean diet. I just hate how if I eat anything "naughty" it tries to come right back.

It hurt my knees too when I first started and I was already pretty fit. I ended up having to cut way back, go back to my regular working out and slowly start mixing Shred in. I eventually got stronger and by slowly working into it it no longer bothered my knees. My knees got stronger by not giving up and sticking with it.…

Bell peppers have been the main thing. I would touch those for years. Other things have been cabbage, hummus, eggplant, cucumber.

My mother-in-law loaned me an awesome gardening book to teach me how to get started. It has some great tips in there. If your plaining peppers it says to put half a book of matches under eat plant when you are planting. They love the sulfer. Last year my sister had gorgeous pepper plants but no peppers. You have to be…

I eat the whole egg. The yolk is so delicious and full of vitamins. It seems such waste to toss out the yolk.
-
My mother-in-law did this a few months ago. It was so weird because when they were soaked and ready to drink they looked like frog eggs, LOL. We, she included, joked about drinking her frog eggs. She didn't loose any weight doing this. I'm sure they are good for you. Chia seeds have their health benefits but as far as…

Squats, squats and more squats!

Congrats on a job well done! So awesome! You look great and it looks like it's knocked 10 years off of you.

When I first started Shred I wasn't able to keep doing it every day like recommended. My knees really hurt too. I had to slow down and work up to it. I would alternate it with my other workouts I was doing and gradually started doing it more. I had to stop doing it when my knees were hurting. Make sure you drink lots of…

My sister had one of those perfect 36-24-36 figures in high school and early 20s. She was just very blessed like that. Things have shifted a bit after kids but she still looks good. My waist was never as small as her. I'm 34-26 -36 and 118 lbs and 5'3.
-
I agree. I have lost the weight but kept my curves. Bellydancing is great for keeping the curves.
-
I love both workouts! Ripped in 30 is harder and a little longer. If you're ready to up your workout and Shred is getting too easy try Ripped. I did level 3 today and it was brutal.

I make a simple, delicious Apple Flaxcake with mine. Got the recipe from the Fastrack Detox Diet. 2 Tbsp shredded apple 1 egg 3 Tbsp flaxseed cinnamon small spoonful of water if needed. Mix well and cook like a pancake. Mmmmmm! I top mine with honey or fruit spread.

Oh it is so bittersweet when they stop nursing! I miss that so bad. I was one of those that wasn't able to loose any of the weight until I stopped nursing. Nursing didn't help me loose at all. I'm sure your body will adjust soon.
-
I kept doing it. I just alternated the days in with other workouts that I had. If any of the moves seem too easy up your weights. I did mine for about a year but have just recently graduated to Ripped in 30. It's a little more advanced and longer than Shred.
