I can do about 12 pull ups right now. I'm trying to work my way up to 20. It's been a long slow process. Keep working at the assisted pull ups and you will eventually get stronger. The only dips I've done are tricep dips and I can do a lot of those. I need to add some regular dips to my routine.

The Fast Track Detox Diet is an excellent one to try. There's only one day of a juice fast. You don't feel deprived on this diet if you do it right. You're basically just eating liver loving foods the whole time. The last time I did it I ate 5 small meals a day rather than just 3 meals and that made it very easy for me.

You have to keep working at it. It has taken me 4 1/2 yrs to finally get mine to my goal after having my last child. It takes a lot of time, cardio and a good, clean diet. Just hang in there and you'll get there. For me it was the last thing to achieve.

Yes, you more than likely need to up your weights. However, I have recently had to upgrade to her new workout Ripped in 30 because even with the upped weights I wasn't feeling it as much. It was still a good workout but I needed something a little more. It took a long time to get to that point though.

Get some free weights. These are awesome for toning your arms. Tamilee Webb had a great workout video called I Want That Body that has 2 great arms workouts. Simple work with free weights can make a huge difference. Tricep dips and kickbacks are great for the backs of your arms.

I have felt like that before when I really had a hard workout. I have found that it depended a lot on what I ate before and if I drank enough water. Stay hydrated and besure and eat a good protein loaded meal 1-2 hours before working out. That's what helps me. I'm one of those people that cannot workout on an empty…

I'm a SAHM and have found it very easy to do workouts at home. I second the Bodyrock.tv workouts. They're hard but you can do them in a short amount of time and you WILL see results. DVDs are also great! I have several workout dvds that I love and I just alternate.

He is right. I've been doing the 30 Day Shred for over a year now but I have never done the 30 days straight. I started out trying that. I second this. This is a great diet and teaches you how to eat clean. Great for rebooting your mind for eating better in the future. I started off my year with this diet. There's no reason to deprive yourself and starve. Just eat cleansing foods.

No, I still can't do that. I'm really feeling it today. Sunday is my normal rest day but I may need to rest today rather than doing my normal cardio today. I'll try Monday and see how far I can get but I really need to rest.

Love this workout! The two times I did it I nearly puked. It still kicks my butt and I still have to pause around circuit 3 (the jumping stuff always make me have to pee)and before and after the climbing mountain climbers to catch my breath .

When I do her workouts I study her video, jot down the exercises on a piece of paper, turn on some good music and go. I don't have a Gymboss timer so I just try to do the amount she does. I love Zuzanna! I don't always do her workouts because I like to use my free weights and I don't have some of the equipment she has.
