You are eating too many carbs. Cookies and panckaes? On a diet???

Everytime I have a cheat day I gain a few pounds back and it takes me all week to get back down :(

I try to stay at 1000 calories a day and not go over 25 carbs. I am 5'4" and weigh 126. I have lost 7 lbs in a month. I never eat back my excersize calories.

Thank you everyone. It took a lot of will power not to eat something from Jack In The Box at 11:00 pm, lol.

Wings are bad all the way around, but one of my favorites to. When possible try them baked or grilled. Use Red Hot, no butter. At home we bake them then stick them on the grill just for a couple minutes.
