I bought a deep freezer just so I would have room to cook ahead and freeze my own meals. I try to never make one meal, always enough to freeze additional portions. If I do buy a frozen dinner, it's Lean Cuisine butternut squash ravioli or Lightlife meals which are all meat free.

I'm not lucky enough to have that problem yet but I'm sure I will. I don't know that there is anything you can do about it but you are relatively young so it shouldn't be to bad. Your body bounces back better the younger you are.

I used to have that problem too. It's gotten better though. I try to eat my last meal of the day, usually a huge salad at around 7 or 7:30. I usually have a couple of cups of tea in the evening too and hot liquids seem to help. I put splenda in my tea so it's a bit sweet or if I really want something sweet I always keep…

they are better since sweet potatoes are better than white. even better than sweet potatoe fries though are butternut squash fries. They taste very similar to sweet potatoe fries but only half the calories.

I have one every day to ensure I get enough protein. I know you can get enough protein without them but I find it easier not to have to think about the counts of everything I eat.
