  • That happens to me every dang time. I select Reverse Mode so every few minutes it has me change my direction. This allows me to change the pressure from the ball of my foot to my heel. I also really try to shift the pressure off my toes when I am going forward.

  • I always get the Thai Chopped Chicken Salad (whole) and when they ask if you want bread or an apple - get the apple! The salad is 390 calories and then you would add the apple. VERY filling - it is a spicy dressing, but I like it a lot.
  • It has to do with the calories. For example...if your goal is to eat 1200 calories, and you ate 1191 calories...you would have 9 calories left to eat.   • WIth exercise, my trainer said to ignore the calories I "earn back" from exercising if I want to lose weight. So I stick to eating 1200 calories a day. I work out 5-6 days a week but I don't rely on the calories I burned off. I do - however - use them once a week sometimes to allow myself to have some fun on the weekends.…

  • Water is the only real "zero" calorie "food." Some diet sodas are also 0 calories, but of course water is better for you.
