Feels better to get a little venting in!! I get where you are coming from. It's a bit overwhelming at times and I keep thinking it'll be better when this or that is done but it never seems to be better. Keep plugging along, you can do it! You are worth the investment of time and money put towards a healthy you!

I've had tilapia a couple times for dinner this week and wrap mine in foil with some RealLemon and grill it. I'll have to try the microwave prep idea! BTW-I've found my tilapia at Aldi-can't remember the price though. A bag of the individually packaged ones are the way to go!

It's a Jillian Michaels workout DVD. It has 3 levels, each are about 30 minutes in length with a warm up, circuits of 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs and a cool down. Supposed to do it for 30 days...hence the 30 day shred... Hope this helps!
