I get 1350 calories and if I exercise I eat back up to 1200 net calories. Sometimes that is all, sometimes it is only a few.

I found the video interesting and tried to find more info about it before I pay for anything but really didnt find anything helpful enough to make me sign up. I think it is alot like the "whole foods diet". I saw some recipes on there that I might try though.

I have to do that too. When you hit the plateau again just decrease your calories. Great job on how far you have come!!!

Made an awesome red skin potato salad yesterday. Red skin potatoes boiled until tender Lite Mayo Dill diced onion chopped celery Just mix together. Let cool for about 30 min in the fridge. Yummy!

I did my first 5k last month. I trained for 1 month before the race. I just ran as much as I could and walked for a few minutes and ran some more. Im definitely a wogger. It took me 44min. I've worked at Subway for 6 years. I STILL love Subway! Im so glad that no one on here said any of the really bad ones. Spicy use to be my favorite but now I eat a turkey on wheat almost everyday. Im on week 2 of it. It does a warm up 3x's each time going faster, then a streatch, then a hight impact caridio work out following the same 3x's rule with each time getting faster. They have a nutrition menu at http://www.unos.com/nutrition.php. Just watch for serving sizes. You think you might get something health but then find the serving size is 2x that. Blahh! Hope this helps.
