I might get yelled at by other MFP friends but I was doing Insanity and the same thing happened to me. I was working so hard to see the scale go up. So I stoped that and started "running". I have always ate the calories MFP has set for me. They build in a deficit depending on how much you would like to lose a week. That is why you have a differance. I would not eat more that 1200 (plus exersise) until you hit a plateau then you might have to in order to boost your matablism. I started out trying to lose 2…

That is awesome! You look great! I have told people the same thing you said in your blog... NO SECRET! I love to say I have spent no money to lose 63 pounds. Shocks people to know you can do it on your own! You dont have to join a club or buy premade food. I love this site. You are doing great! Keep it up!

Everyday, and I log every time I lose on the scale too. I dont change the number unless it goes down. Sometimes that may be a week or two. Im not the type of person to get upset if it stays the same or goes up a few pounds.

You should not let your net calories fall under 1200 for too long because your body will start storing as fat instead of burning. Sometimes if you lower your calories or up them for a few weeks it will help boost your metabolism. Our bodies ajust to what we have been giving them for so long. See if this helps. It has worked for me when I feel like I cant lose any more.

You will be fine not eating back your exercise calories. Just dont let your net calories fall under 1200. Eat up to that and be done.

Im not sure how I came to the choice of cutting my meat intake. I think it came up in a conversation with a friend about obesity, comparing America to China. They have a lower obesity rate and she thinks it might be due to their lower meat intake. So I thought Hey I can cut back and see if it helps me lose a few more…
