Please help me I'm stuck!

Hello! I'm so excited to have MFP and a world of support out there. It's encouraging to know I'm not alone. And with that said!...I have lost about 20lbs since last summer, and now I feel stuck. I've hit a plateau and I've been in it for a few months now. I feel like I've tried everything to get out of it. Does anyone have any advice?

    Do you include weight training in your exercise?

    Are you changing up your routine (Diet & exercise)? Including strength training?

    During this plateau, have you taken any measurements? Added or increased exercise? Changed your daily activity level? Do your clothes fit differently? Just looking for possible clues as to why you're not seeing any losses on the scale.

    Sometimes if you lower your calories or up them for a few weeks it will help boost your metabolism. Our bodies ajust to what we have been giving them for so long. See if this helps. It has worked for me when I feel like I cant lose any more.

    Maybe try something different on the exercise front. I was doing weights and elliptical and have been stuck for months too. (Weight wise, but inches still coming off). I just started 30 Day Shred and 5 days in I can see a difference already and have lost 3# this past week!
    My body was too used to my old routine and I had to throw something different in to get things moving again.
    It might work......good luck!
