I have a scale, but was "eyeballing" portions. Good idea to dust it off. I eat pretty clean too. 2 weeks of working hard with zero results calls for an adjustment. Thank you both so much for your help! Let's see what happens...

Awesome! I read not to eat below my BMR and I had a feeling that I wasn't eating enough.

It makes sense as I was losing 1 pound a week for the 5 weeks then nothing for 2 weeks. Yikes!

You can get a food scale at Target for $20. It is not digital, but I like it better.

Sounds like acid reflux. You ate really late at night, went to bed right after, add the lemon juice and I'll bet you had acid come up your throat and it irritated the tissue.
