You know, I have never thought to see if I can speak short sentences. I'll pay attention to that next time. Thanks for the advice!! Yes, getting started is the hardest part!! But It's positive thinking that keeps me going back to the track!! :)

I'm really not going that fast. I'm more focused on distance instead of speed. I just try to focus on bending my knees and breathing. To me it is a light jog. I just get tired so fast.

I went to my doctor today and asked him about this. He stated that eventually your body will get used to the water intake if you keep it up and you will not have to use the restroom so much. In the beginning it will be that way b/c your body is flushing out it's system. Pretty cool when you think about it.

I agree. I like that water helps break down fat but having to go to the restroom a lot can annoying.

I am completely addicted to the scale. I actually do the 3 Day Diet. Then I have one cheat day. Then I go back to the diet for another 3 Days. That is giving me one cheat day a week. I call it my treat day. I still workout b/c I don't want to break that habit... but I go over my calorie limit. If it's only for a day.... I don't see the problem with it. Just make sure you hope back on track the next day :)
