I also weigh everything. I bought a $15 scale at Wal-Mart that does tare weight. I place my Tupperware dish on the scale, zero it, and then get the weight of what I add. The thing I like about my scale is that I can change from grams to ounces depending on how the foods are listed in the database.

Week 1-7 posted above. Septembers numbers: Week 8: 08/31/12 168.0 (5.0 lb loss) Week 9: 09/07/12 169.0 (1.0 lb gain) Week 10: 09/14/12 165.0 (4.0 lb loss) Week 11: 09/21/12 163.0 (2.0 lb loss) Week 12: 09/28/12 162.2 (0.8 lb loss) So I am on average of 2.5 per week.
