You could make a buffalo chicken dip with low-fat or fat-free ranch dressing, low-fat philadelphia cream cheese, and Frank's red hot. It's a great dip that can be made very easily and quickly! Have it with some wheat crackers or even a few tortilla chips or whatever else you may want to dip in it :) .

My legs get extremely itchy sometimes too when I am walking or running... and other times it does not happen, at all. I don't know what makes the difference. I wish I knew because it's awful!

I personally only eat a little of my exercise calories back. If I eat them all back, I do not lose weight.
