Currently at 160 lbs and 22.5% b.f. My lean weight, from measurements and tests with my p.t. is supposed to be 132lbs. So far, I have lost a bit more than my ticker : 17 lbs, and no lean muscle weight, again from measurements. I have put muscle mass, wouhou!

Tried that too... as if I workout in the aftenoon, I get a muffin, banana or something similar but it does the same thing. Blood work is fine, ... grrrr.

One thing guys : If you are hairy NEVER SHAVE!!! Wax it off at the worst but NO SHAVING! it feels like we are against a beard or some 3M scrub sponge. Yuk!!!!

I am just in the middle of doing that. Lost 10% body fat in 2 months and 16 pounds but did not loose much muscle, I even bulked up. I increased my proteins decreasing fat by a lot and eat really clean while training mostly strenght 4 days a week and cardio periods also on those 4 days. Then 2 home cardio such as jogging or…

Same here... currently at 22.5%. Obliques are really there, tighs muscles well defined but I would like to drop a 3 to 4% additionnal to see the definition better and be a bit lower on weight. Not more as I would get skinny and I don't like that either.

Yep, I get a lot of water with lemon and green tea too. I feel better within a day or 2 normally when I do so. Otherwise, my belly looks like I am 3 months pregnant again, argh!

+ 1000. In fact, what does happen to women assuming and working their all natural body? Even in fitness, the ladies have more silicon in their bodies that Silicon Valley. My two sens. Just work with what you have and it is going to look great no matter what. But assume your own reality.

There are no muscles... all flabby. My opinion : when your job is to look great and you are full of cash, just take the opportunity to train and eat well. I can't do more than I actually do and it is more than her. Sorry. Girl's opinion here.

5p9.5 and currently at 169 lb. Would like to be around 158 to 160 and I would be more than happy at 150 but it seems I just can't get that low.

I just can't imagine what being a DDD cup feels like... I am a barely B and they are in my way sometimes and then I would appreciate a tiny bit more for a mid size C in sexy clothing. BUT DDD??? Hell that must give you back pain!

We have the same problem here in Canada. My point of view : once you are there, you should not be able to have insurance or anything else paid by the gvnt to help you heal.
