From Montreal to Louisiana in May - What should I see or do?
We are planning 9 days in Louisiana in May. 2 days for New Orleans by itself and same in Baton Rouge. The other days are still floating in terms of plans right now. We want to rent a car to visit the most we can. What are your suggestions? Where should we eat, drink, dance the night away, enjoy our days???

Electrolites or not at the gym?!
Question : I am an experience trainee at the gym... BUT from always, if I find myself to push a lot during a long workout (45 minutes and over), I find myself dizzy, nauseated, feeling down. QUick one here : if I want to set a quick goal for myself, what would be the equivalent in weight for 1% body fat? Let's say I wish to shred 6% b.f. still... I should aim for how much weight loss?

Exercise ball at work
I was thinking to replace my chair by a 55 cm exercise ball to help workout my chore body while sitting and working at my desk/computer. Do any of you do this? Tips? Tricks? Advise? Note: I am 5p9.5, will a 55 cm ball be enough?

How often do you train?
I try to train 3 to 4 times a week at the gym. I was wondering... in my old life that was plenty. Reading here, I see that people seem to train a lot more often. How often do you train per week with these crazy life of ours? I am a divorce mom, so time is precious and not always available...

Polar RS300... technical question
Anybody using this device? I tried doing a fit test but even after 8 weeks of training hard, very low pace at rest (58 to 60 bpm), my results are bad, meaning really bad, Any tips or ideas whiy it is not working properly? I would like to adjust for cals calculation appropriatly...

Could it be
In the last 3 months, I have lost only 2 to 3 pounds. The scale never goes down. I started to go to the gym, 3 to 4 per weeks for 9 weeks now. Part cardio (30 to 40 of cardio in each training) and strenght to tone up. I am not the best at following MFP but I am not the worst. I may cheat 1 day or 2 per week at the most.…

I just can't help bunging myself at night, even after a good dinner. I feel an urge to eat, like I need to do so and I am really hungry. Then I feel shy of it... :( Do you good tricks to counter this?

Need to go to 163 within a month
I am loosing slowly but loosing... BUT, my first personal goal was to be at 163 lb for my birthday which is a month away and I am not sure to do it. If I exercise, I gain and I don't loose (probably muscles full of water). Please give me a hint or two...

Insanity + other sports...
Is that possible? If I want to say cross country skying, do I just drop my insanity for that day (basicly burning 650 per hour minimum while skying)? Or do I have to stick to the program only for 9 weeks?

Good morning! For an unknown reason, after a good dinner with good quantities, this week I was going into huge cravings in the evening! THe type that my stomac was hurting maybe 2 hres after dinner because I was hungry again. How can I go by that and not fell down in the catch of eating a quick 300 cals snack?
