Personally, I'd drink the shake. I find if I don't eat before bed, I over eat at breakfast.

@stevemcknight : where can I buy cottage cheese? I went grocery shopping recently (in a huge supermarket) and couldn't find it anywhere, is it only available in health food stores? -I could be totally off the mark here and may have just missed it.:flowerforyou:

Rice cakes(25 cals each) with spinach and cherry tomatoes mmmm, they make a great snack, or add some cheese and you have a light breakfast.:flowerforyou:

I love pizza!:heart: I went shopping last night, and came across pizza bases, I checked the cals and they were 335 per pizza base,needless to say I put them down as quick as lightning LOL . Don't think pizza is worth the cals tbh!
