I TOTALLY know where you're coming from.I am now skinny with a flabby tummy. My hips are still big, how annoying is that, after months of hard work and counting calories, giving up soda. :explode: :sad: I know,I know.. there's a good side, Im fit an healthy! But still unhappy with my body:sad:

I've had ocd since I was a kid. Took benzodiazepines for it, they did help a little, but not as much as I needed them to. Thanks for your advice.. I think part of the problem is from when people used to call me fat, thats stuck with me since..

Cut out all soft drinks,meat,eggs,fish. Ate low calorie high protein foods(quorn,protein shakes). Ate no more than 1200 cals a day and exercised almost daily for an hour...I have to admit, in the past week I've been eating a lot of junk food, but staying under 1200 cals! wow,I think you may have pinpointed the problem :O I just googled aspartame and found this: http://www.naturalnews.com/008797_aspartame_migraine_headaches.html I've drank lots of diet drinks today and the ache is really bad. I'll definitely cut out aspartame to see if there is any difference , thanks.

I was on anti depressants for a year,they didn't help(even at maximum dosage). I stopped taking them. I take many vitamins, never tried extra vitamin C though! I don't have anyone to exercise with, haven't got any friends.I'm pretty much alone all the time. Thanks everyone :flowerforyou:

I am not over weight, when I reach my goal I will not be underweight. I am at an OK range either way. I am dieting healthily, exercising and feel better about myself, so why stop? :)

The body burns more calories digesting protein, than any other food.I don't know if drinking it before sleeping would be of any benefit, but its definitely better than eating empty cals before bed! :flowerforyou:
