reached my goal weight but still feel fat
I weighed in today at 112lbs, btw im 5''6 (weighed myself on 2 diff weighing scales to make sure).:happy: :drinker: Im delighted with that, but I still feel fat and still can't get into those jeans :mad: :mad: :mad: they're a size 6 UK. probably a US size zero. Grr hmm what to do?

Toning tummy and tips!
Im slim, reached my goal of 112lbs, but my tummy is flabby and I still have extra fat around my hips. I have really thin arms , i look out of proportion!! Please help, I don't know whats the best way to tone those areas? Ugh,the title is meant to say toning tummy and hips:explode:

How many crunches should I be doing?
I know that I have to mix up the various ab workouts, but I'd just like to know how many of these should be crunches(per day)? Really trying to tone the tummy area :)

oh my god! First weight in of 2010
Started dieting on Jan 1st weighing 130 lbs! Weighed myself today, guess what?!!!!!!!!! 112lbs! Im so happy!!! I reached my goal in only 5 weeks!! And the title is meant to say weigh in not weight in :explode:

Been eating so much junk food
Over the past 3-4 days, all Ive eaten is crisps, chocolate, burgers.. grrr I havent went over 1200 calories though. Will this affect my diet?

Constant dull headaches
I've been getting them for months, on and off, throbbing around my eyes, cheekbones, left side of head. I really don't know that much about nutrition to know what could be causing them. Its definitely not sinusitis... can certain foods caused prolonged headaches and exhaustion?

Depression.
I was diagnosed with depression in 2008. It makes me exhausted on a daily basis, no matter how healthy I eat, I can't seem to find any energy. How can I find more energy to exercise?:cry:

On the label it says: sugar free and calorie free. But it actually has 90 calories per 2 litres. I don't understand.. why does it say calorie free?? Gotta add them to my cals now.:grumble: :grumble:

Went shopping =)
Bought very healthy foods.. spinch, tomatoes,mushrooms, salad leaves etc.. :) One problem! I have NO idea what to do with spinach? Eat it raw or cooked? Have never eaten it before! Please help! thanks!

Grrrr. Can't fight hunger
I've went over on my calories 2 days in a row, and when I say go over, I mean by 700 :O I did do exercise to make that only 200 over. But I can't seem to keep the hunger at bay, Im drinking lots of water, eating protein, fiber, eating enough,( what Im recommended to eat), exercising only moderately. Please help?

Does it matter WHEN i eat my calories?!
I get very hungry late evening, is it ok to eat many calories at night and less during the day? Does it make a difference?

For vegetarians!
I had 'Quorn - Gruyere Cheese Escalopes'' sitting in the freezer for months, didn't bother cooking them as didnt think they'd taste good! But OMG, just had one and they are DELICIOUS and filling! Calories: 262 Protein: 11 Fat 15 sugar 3 carbs 20 I highly recommend them :)

Ok, so I bought some meal replacement bars and shakes. I fail to see the point of them now though, if you still have to eat 1200 cals a day. whats with this? lol

Harder to lose weigt when you dont have much to lose
I've read that so many times!! But how much harder is it?! Do I have to do gruelling exercise regimes? Eat like a rabbit? I'm currently eating 1200 cals a day and exercise a bit(not as much as I'd like to) but more than I ever did.I weigh 130lbs! Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks in advance.

Vegetarian protein
I'm a vegetarian,not getting enough protein(only reaching 15-20 out of 45), I need some ideas, I don't eat eggs. I do eat cheese but its very high calorie :O Thanks.

I know that you should do at least 30mins cardio 5-6 days a week to maintain weight. But how much to lose weight?
