How much cardio a day?

I know that you should do at least 30mins cardio 5-6 days a week to maintain weight. But how much to lose weight?

    I would suggest 1hour of cardio at leat 4 times a week and add strength training. Muscle will help you burn fat, it boost your metabolism so your burning more calories (even when your not exercising).

    You could alternate one day cardio, one day strength training.
