Yes you eat that amount daily regardless if you exercise or not. You have already accounted for your activity level into the calorie equation. I would recommend reading Fat 2 Fit if you haven't already. They explain things in such a simple and clear manner.

Ripped in 30 is a lot harder and I did not like it as much just an FYI. I went back to doing the 30DS instead when I tried Ripped a few months back.

I am SO going through this right now! All I want to do is munch munch munch.....and not on the healthy stuff. All I want are sweet and salty things. I allow myself one day to indulge and then it is back on track the next day.

I have been tracking on my computer this past week and I have been so much more successful! I also know that if you plan ahead and know what you are eating for lunch and/or dinner to go ahead and enter it in the am then you will be more apt to stick to the plan. Hope this helps!
