Had a massive heart attack in September of 2011. Only 43 years old and almost died. It was quite an eye opener and I completely changed my lifestyle. Lost 50 lbs since then. God blessed me with a second chance in this life and I plan to make the most of it for myself and my family.

rvicini......I never said you had to suffer, I just said it was "hard work" because it is. I personally find the challenges rewarding and fun. I agree, you can and should "cheat a little" and reward yourself for the hard work.

It can be too much at times. I think a small discreet one in the right place can be sexy. Otherwise not a big fan.
