I actually added zumba in myself, to my exercises. I bought a heart rate monitor watch at Walmart, to see how many calories I burn with Zumba. I burned 800 calories doing an hour of Zumba on the WII. The monitor cost arounf $30.

I love Zumba. I finally found it for the WII and use it everyday. I let a couple of girls at work borrow it and now they are hooked too. It's a great workout.
