a full body workout... its not moderate but full on... works for me. and I like the feeling of changing it up every day.. I've been sticking to my cardio everyday and adding something new or alternating days i do crunches, sit ups, push ups... etc...

yep. gone. Good thing they have padded and push up bras. Whats worse is, I have this bone on my chest that seems to stick out a little... and that makes me look ummm Boney and slightly boobless?!!! But im ok with having them small.. I actually prefer people looking at my face..

Yep it does. also helps to do some exercises for that... maybe turning the head side to side while doing some cardio and even front ( so that your chin touches your chest) and back. But it does go
