Mmmmm right now mine is dried mangos!! The "Daily Chef" ones are AMAZING!! I mean, I am A.D.D.I.C.T.E.D!!!!!!!!! And I don't do mangos nor much dried fruit! Oh, and vanilla yogurt with peanut butter stirred in it? TO DIE FOR!! do a 2:1 ratio on that and perfecto!

Im with you ... soups are filling and satisfying but can easily become a rut-type food. I really like making white chili for something different, more lean than traditional chili yet packed with protein. Maybe your not a bean fan though? Lots of white chili varieties out there though...

I really like chia seeds and hemp seeds ... Although not really low cal ( chia = 60cals/tablespoon and hemp = approx 57cals/T) but when added to yogurts, cottage cheese, etc ... They keep me sustained and more full for longer periods. They also are extremely nutritious! :)
