Agreed - I have taken sugar off my board and only have macros (carbs/fats/protein). The allotted sugar is ridiculous! I eat grapes, bananas, apples etc A LOT and I've lost! I often times do free workout videos on youtube. Most of them are aerobics like taebo, zumba, jillian michaels But with some weights (you can find those for cheap if you look around) and there are a lot of resistant/lifting stuff on there too.

But why this ... and ONLY this to shed 40lbs?? Because its easy? Because it only has like 4 ingredients? Just seems silly to drink your food all day every day when you can do the same with a variety of stuff?? I'm confused. I mean, one day you will want REAL food and when you do, then what? Idk? I suppose possibly? Everyone's body is different but that's where the majority of my carbs come from. Typically in a day I'll have at least one apple, one banana, 2 clementines and either dried fruit or berries. But I feel like that's healthy and normal. You could always reduce and see how you respond? :) Good luck!!

What do you cook for your girls/family? Things like tuna (cheap) and can easily be made into tuna patties or casseroles for a more nutritional food.
