Heck yes!! Breakfast was so filling, so had a late lunch. Made spicy roasted bell pepper, tomato carrot soup made in the vitamixer!!! Holy wowzers so good!!! First time making it and now it'll be a norm for sure!!

Uhm, YES!!! I've always been one to workout & of course eat -- didn't realize I was OVEREATING, but still...love both haha Its weird how you can get so much satisfaction from both!! What kinds of foods are you eating? Are you eating whole foods, unprocessed, unrefined sugars? Are you drinking enough water? Are you sleeping enough? When did you have blood work last to test thyroid etc? Weight loss is SO MUCH MORE than just the amount of calories....

hmmm, I'd do better with things that are more UNCOMMON that I HAVE eaten! haha (ie kangaroo, alligator, snails, etc) I've NEVER eaten: 1) Eggplant (but want too) 2) Liver 3) Lobster (rrrrrreally want to eat this bc I LOOOOVE seafood but I'm cheapish too haha) ***gosh, this is hard! ha!

Pretty much always 10-14 and that's just water. I always have at least 8oz of coffee, maybe milk, etc. Once you "work your way up" or "get use to it"...you're not in the bathroom all the time!!
