hahaha uhm, maybe you shouldn't whine about it and just be glad you have a date??? I mean really -- you don't want to pay -- then don't take a girl out on a date?? yea, I eat at least 1/2 of the calories back since MFP calorie tracker isn't a 100% accurate and neither are machines or even my HRM. So, just to be a tiny bit conserative, I eat back half. Everyone is different. You must remember that no matter what the scale says OR measurements, you are making healthier choices regardless. I know this is hard to keep in mind though. Fish tacos from On The Border!! Wow! Insanely how much eating those and the black beans are!!! I'm just suprised in general how high calorie most meats are for only 4oz, and although healthy for you (if you are a meat eater and like that), just shocked they are so high calorie!!
