  • Doesn't cost anymore to eat healthy than to buy junk.
  • I make quiches for the whole week for breakfast. Just bake them in muffin pans. Use eggs, broccoli, onions, milk and cheese. They are very convenient. I have them with low calorie english muffin and I make it to dinner with being hungry.
  • Hi Im a newbie also - just signed up today. Hoping to lose 20-30 lbs. Seems like a great site. I think by tracking what you eat everyday will be helpful to keep you on the right track. I'm going to give it a try. Good luck to you.
