Hey It definitely helps me. I never get enough protein so this is my way to get it. Plus they taste delicious, must better then flax. I wouldn't eat them raw but I usually put them in m yogurt, cereal, or smoothies. It defintely helps you from snacking...and craving snacks cause you get the real sense of fullness.

does anyone have any idea how many calories would be in a fruit cocktail, that is home made. It only has fruit which is mixed in the blender. I drink 2 -4 cups of these a day. I put one cup as about 110 calories, is that too little? Do you think 4 cups is over doing it? Thanks guys.
