Just to let you know, I was doing a bosu blast class. Its like a pilates class but on a bosu including a cardio element. It was an athletic training class...so lot's of drills. I love the bosu....but man...my back is ever so sore. Thank you all for the concern and the advice!!

I was at an exercise class today, and it almost felt like my back went out. My lower back is killing me, mostly when I bend. I put tiger balm on it, and just recently took some robaxcet. Should I see a doctor or just wait it out?>?> Thanks PS If it happened to any of you...any tips??

Hey, I haven't lost any pounds which is discouraging. However I have lost 2 inches on my waist in the last three weeks...so I feel great!!

I used to get shin splints really bad as well. I got prescription orthotics, and I haven't had shin splints since. Maybe you should look into it... I am a waitress in the summer and I used to get the worst shin splints ever.....now that I have more support for my arches I don't get shin splints.

Make sure you have some protein at each of your meals brek, lunch and dinner. It will definitely have you feel fuller longer. I drink a lot of tea as well. Green is most recommended and its great but when I crave I sweet I drink chai tea with a shot of vanilla extract and it sure is delicious!!

Well I am glad to find more coffee lover's out there. yes and I agree the bean grinding, the smell, the taste...it makes my mornings so much more worth while. Yes, maybe I am a little obbssessive but I reall yjust enjoy it. I ussually onlt put milk in it...buta maybe I will try it black. I let you know what happens.

I am just wondering if anyone quit coffee and found it helped them to lose weight. I am well what can I say an avid drinker of coffee. I love it. Sometimes I drink 4-5 cups a day. However I have heard that cutting out can help weight loss. Any opinions/suggestions??
