Hello, I am Aleasha P, age 32 ! I live in TEXAS. I have 3 kids and is looking to lose 70-80lbs. I have tried many gimmicks to lose the weight and nothing has worked. I tend to put exercising off or not counting calories adequately. I did the Les Mills combat 30 last Saturday and I enjoyed it. My current weight is 249.

249.2 , This week I was stressed and was very ill. I also feel very hormonal, ladies you know what I mean!lol! I did have a good start but ended it bad. I wanted to do better! I will be starting this Les Mills combat program! I hope it motivates me!
