Weekly Goal: 3500 Monday: 709 cals burned (roller skating) Tuesday: 333 cals burned (jogging and weight-lifting) Wednesday: 554 cals burned (aerobics) Thursday: 1054 cals burned (skating) Friday: 506 cals burned (jogging on treadmill) Total: 3156 :-( Just under my goal for this week. I'll do better next week.
