    O.K., this is weird, I posted yesterday and it's not there! Oh well, here are both days now!

    Mon: 470 (elliptical and treadmill intervals, abs)
    Tues: 725 (golf, driving range and abs)
    Wed: 879(cardio sculpt 417, spin 403, abs/stretching balance)
    Thur: 639 (elliptical and stairmaster, abs/stretching) then went and walked the dog, ran stairs and did zumba to get more calories because I was hungry!
    Fri: 525 (spinning, weights)
    Sat: 541(weird class called power of 3-combo cardio/strength/yoga)
