3500+ Calories Burned Challenge 1/3 - 1/9

Well the holiday season is over. Wow that was tough. Time to really get back on the ball for getting all my exercise in. Welcome to everyone continuing the challenge and welcome to all the people starting it for the first time. The basis of the challenge is to burn at least 3500 calories a week doing some sort of exercise and log it daily here. You set your own personal goal and get burning.


Here is format for your daily updates.

Weekly Goal:

    This'll be my last week doing the challenge. Going to start the TF/CLX hybrid and I know I won't burn as many cals doing the strength training. But I've LOVED doing this challenge. It totally motivated me to take my workouts up a notch!!
