I too need to lose over 100 lbs. I started MFP last week...but started changing my eating Jan. 2 this year...I am down 8 lbs....lots to go...add me (anyone who wishes and is in the same boat)....looking forward to helping others and myself :-)

I am not an expert but I do know that when I drink at least 64 oz (I drink it hot or room temp) I do not feel as hungry and lose weight. I think that your body needs a certain amount of water to maintain itself and most people don't get enough (think they are hungry when it actually thirsty). Personally, I tend to eat less…
