Sorry everyone, but I try to not "cut" any foods out of my diet (I still eat chocolate and coffee). I end up with severe cravings and then go on a huge binge-- not worth it for me-- glad if it works for other people though.

I'm only eating 500 calories a day-- why aren't I losing weight!?

I generally look once or twice a week,but only record it weekly... I also stay away from that one week every month-- as I tend to gain 3lbs at that time... Otherwise I think I would obsess and get discouraged... Do whatever works best for you!

Yes-- its easy to make kid friendly chicken nuggets-- it may takea little longer than the frozen stuff, but its so much healthier and way worth it-- I'll have to try this one-- any kid friendly recipes are greatly appreciated!!

Had my second trip to theer today regarding my car accident-- pulled muscle in my neck/shoulder/chest area-- looks like I am out for this challenge-- best of luck to you all! Love the motivation I am seeing!!

I'm ok...just sore-- back, neck, shoulder stuff... I had xrays and they said those looked great,so I'm just waiting for muscles to heal... I was rearended... no damage to the cars or the people in the other vehicle....

They are workout pants-- you're going to be tired and sweaty with a red face and messed up hair in a pony tail-- you will look like crap no matter how your pants fit--if you need workout pants, keep the dang things!

I'm ok with this-- I was in a car accident friday night,so I'll probably be taking the week off... But I am available to cheer everyone on and offer encouragement! Way to go everyone!

Don't forget-- women tend to retain water at certain times of them month (I can gain 3 pounds)... So that could be a contributing factor... JUst don't give up and don't get discouraged-- no body loses weight overnight-- it will come!

I just want a small wedding-- me him, I want a fancy dress, him in a tux,people we are close with, and thats it... But I might forego that if I got a 1 month honeymoon to europe!!

Sometimes there is a group of people that will mettat a local mall early in the morning before the shops open and they walk laps around the mall (at least they did in the town where I grew up)... It was free and anyone could do it. I did it a couple of times a week with some of my mentally ill clients...

Loving the killing the smokey!! Great job to you! Ive never smoked, but am in the category of the squishy that sneaked upon me as I aged... I don't look terrible, but am definitely hiding the muffin top-- I want to be firm again-- together we can do this!

I can do the beginner crunches-- everything else will mess with my hip/back problem... better than nothing!! I could probably even do the advanced crunches... (I was running 2 miles a dat prior to my problem)
