There have a title boxing club in my city, and they offer kickboxing classes (or something) you get a first class trial for free! I would love to try it just to see if I like it--its supposed to burn a TON of calories. It sounds like fun too.

Sunbutter has a TON of calories too-- I like it, but it bumped me up WAY over my calories, so for now it's off my list-- good luck to you! Walnuts are good too-- and then there is always meatloaf...

Another note-- even if you are not losing, your body is still getting the benefit of the exercise-- your cardiovascular system will still be healthier-- don't give up!

I think every once in a while its ok-- obviously you don't want to eat that everyday, but for a treat, and to avoid depriving yourself, give yourself a treat now and then.

It is manly to sport a little bit or chest hair-- if he can grow it,and for those who shave-- I don't enjoy cuddling with sandpaper... I'm not saying i like the Austin Powers "spy who shagged me" look, but I like a little bit, and it totally beats stubble!

I eat caramel rice cakes-- the cakes are 50 calories a cake,or you can get caramel rice cake crisps-- they are 60 calories for 8 crisps...

I'm in agreement with some othere people here-- the people who are notwatching what they eat will someday be overweight if they are not already-- bet THEY are jealous of your weight loss and willpower... Enjoy your cheat day with your hubby, and remember that you are enjoying your thinner body-- way to go!
