you have to make it a priority - regardless if you are tired or there are million things to do....you still have to bust it out. I work 40-50 hours a week, have a husband who works shift work, and run after an 18 month old child.......you just do it! it is worth it! good luck!

as a fellow PCOS gal who went to the ends of the earth to get preggo (30 rounds of meds, 5 IUI a miscarriage and finally IVF) i want to congratulate you! motherhood is the best! keep being healthy through your pregnancy :-)

I literally took 3/4 of my wardrobe to a plus size consignment store this weekend and bought a few pairs of khakis and capris to.get me through spring. it is a great feeling to toss out the.old and get some new (even if it was old to someone else!) . congrats on your weight loss!

I too am a PCOS gal. Initially diagnosed at age 22 (i never saw a gyno prior to that) and was placed on Glucophage. Was on it and off it for years. Never had regular cycles every. Got married - weight spiraled up and up - tried to have a baby for 5 years and went through about 30 rounds of meds, 5 IUIs, 1 miscarriage,…
