  • you have to make it a priority - regardless if you are tired or there are million things to do....you still have to bust it out. I work 40-50 hours a week, have a husband who works shift work, and run after an 18 month old child.......you just do it! it is worth it! good luck!

  • I literally took 3/4 of my wardrobe to a plus size consignment store this weekend and bought a few pairs of khakis and capris to.get me through spring. it is a great feeling to toss out the.old and get some new (even if it was old to someone else!) . congrats on your weight loss!
