I won't allow myself to watch tv unless I am riding my stationary bike or walking on the treadmill. I exercise on the fly....sometimes only a few minutes at a time. Any activity is better than no activity.0

I did up until recently. I just got a pedometer and I am getting 10k steps a day. My work outs consist of trying to walk more. I work 40 or so hours a week and try to walk and get as many steps in as possible. I also have 2 dogs and instead of just taking them out to potty I walk them to the end of the road and back. I also will go to small parks and walk around. In total i spend 1 hour or so a day going out of my way for steps, I don't think it's too hard
ALSO. Before bed, in order to get relaxed I light a candle and do some yoga! (:
Hope this helps and sorry if it was confusing. Lots of thoughts!0 -
you have to make it a priority - regardless if you are tired or there are million things to do....you still have to bust it out. I work 40-50 hours a week, have a husband who works shift work, and run after an 18 month old child.......you just do it! it is worth it! good luck!0

I have to do my workouts in the morning before work after my SO has gone to work. Now to make enough time to get a good workout I eat a smaller breakfast. Evening and nights are too busy and then I'm usually too tired by that time. I walk during lunch and then eat my lunch at my desk. And sneak a little more walking by taking the long way to the bathroom.0

I still struggle, but it has to be a priority and I'm doing it in the AM, as long as I'm in bed before midnight. I have to be up as early as 5:15 to do it. Kids go to sleep late and thats when I start my 'second, fun job!' so I have to do what I have to do!
I am NOT a morning person. Get it in your schedule however it works for you.
i have no time for tv at night either. tv is only on for the kids.0 -
I bike to work. Gotta to get there anyway, so two birds with one stone. I actually look forward to going to work. And then leaving.0
