  • If I can find the self-control to put away the nutella my favourite thing to eat during PMS cravings are Rainbow Sherbert and chocolate rice cakes with fruit preserves on them. ....Nutella is better though :(
  • It's great the you're finding positivity in your experience and learning to feel good for yourself, not simply look good for others! I do want to make a point of mentioning that I'm sure people love you, not "despite" your body, but because you are who you are- body included! :)
  • I tried it a few months ago and only lasted 5 days... it was torture! The salt water cleanse is the worst part so if you can find a way to cope with that it will be downhill from there. The caffeine-free herbal teas were my saving grace so stock up! Good luck
