I like Run Keeper. It tracks my run and it also provides different types of coaching. It plays music from your Itunes and will add comments about distance or the end of your interval. I am really enjoying it.

If it isn't with the normal milks then it is in the organic aisle. You can buy the milk from either the refrigerator or right off the shelf. My favorite is the Silk Almond variety. Super yummy.
