  • You have to contact Beach Body. That is how I found out how many calories I was burning on Power 90. They said between 300-800, depending on how hard you work. So I added the exercise myself and put in that I was burning 400 calories.

  • I had my family in town and we did some serious celebrating. I'm talking California Pizza Kitchen, PF Changs and some GOOD thai food. Coupled with the obligatory desserts and you could say the weekend (which started on Wednesday) was ruined. And sad to say, I enjoyed every minute of it. Until I got on the scale. Ouch.
