Apparently, it is hard for the body to digest gluten.…

  • Thanks for the reminder! I really needed this because my scale said that I gained a pound and a half this week. But I ate great and add running to my work out. Silly bodies, what are they thinking?

  • So I usually have a snack at work about 4 pm, and am home by 7 pm. Should I eat something before I work out at 7:15, or should I wait until after working out? And how much longer should I wait after working out?
  • Great job!!
  • I do mini goals. In 5 lbs I get to get a massage. In 20 lbs, I'm taking a trip. Things like that...
  • I tell you, I have been on here for some time, and I still get hungry. You just have to remind yourself of your goals and push through. Drinking water helps a lot, because sometimes your body can't distinguish between hunger and thirst (weird, but it happens). And don't give up!
  • I am with you on the MacBook!! And I paid for a cruise that I had put on my credit card...
