my morning pt consisted of

150 pushups
150 crunches
various leg workouts (leg lifts etc)
5.5 mile run


5.5 miles in 53 minutes. WOOOT WOOOT

Hope everyone's morning pt went great!!

I love command pt on Monday-wednesday-and fridays

It always pushes me to do things I think I can't or are not motivated enough to do on my own..

    I rode 18.5 miles on my bike! Took 90 minutes--burned almost 800 calories, according to my HRM.

    I did 5 miles (a lot uphill) on my bike with my hubby this morning....then had to clean stalls.:bigsmile:
